April to June 2026 · In production
Importadora MT management platform
Inventory, customers, e-invoicing and sales team, integrated with Siigo. From zero to production in two months.
My role. Contracted technical lead: architecture, backend, frontend and infrastructure.

The coolest part of the project
It keeps working even if Siigo goes down.
The whole catalog lives in a local PostgreSQL cache. An async queue with Celery and Redis syncs more than 1,500 products with Siigo every two hours and on demand, with a real-time progress bar. Sales reps use the platform as a PWA installed on their phones, with five distinct roles.
2 months
from zero to production, on the agreed deadline
